MAS4D services are offered exclusively to users residing in Malaysia. Accessing the platform from other regions is entirely at the user's own risk and is subject to the local laws applicable in the user's location.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active MAS4D account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, different phone numbers, or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all related balances and winnings.
MAS4D accounts may not be transferred, sold, rented, or given to any other party under any circumstances. An account is the sole personal property of the registered account holder.

MAS4D processes withdrawals to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in the player's name. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 and the maximum daily withdrawal is RM50,000. Requests exceeding this limit will require additional verification.

For bets to count towards Sports Betting bonus wagering requirements, the minimum odds per selection are 1.50. Bets placed at odds below this threshold will not count towards fulfilling the rollover requirement.

The MAS4D Sports Betting section offers markets for football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League), badminton, e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL Malaysia), and over 30 other sports. All bets are subject to the following rules:
If a match is postponed and resumes within 24 hours, all bets remain valid. If the match is cancelled entirely, bets will be voided. For accumulators, any void leg will be recalculated without that selection.
MAS4D reserves the right to void bets and close accounts if there is credible evidence or strong grounds to believe that a match has been manipulated or that there has been involvement in match-fixing.
The MAS4D Lottery section offers 4D Classic, 5D Grand, Keno Live, and Lucky Pick. Lottery ticket purchases are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. MAS4D draw results are conducted using a certified RNG system and all results are final.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the MAS4D platform and will result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of balances:
